Aleksey Mozgovoy was the target of an internet fraud by pro-Ukraine forces last October when he was falsely accused of advocating that women’s place in modern society is in the home, not in the public sphere. He mocked and condemned the idea that a woman’s dress or conduct in a public setting would ever be construed as an invitation to sexual aggression.
